Please provide as much information as possible.

 

The Retirement Roost Rescue does not have space available at this time, so all chickens will be added to our Available Chickens page.

 

When looking to rehome, please include:

- steps you have taken to find a home

- the sex of the chicken

- the name of the chicken

- the age of the chicken

- the state you are located

- why you are looking to surrender

- how the chicken became part of your flock

- comfort level with people (males, females, children)

- comfort level with other animals (dogs, goats, pigs, etc.)

- their vaccine status

Please make sure to check your chicken for health to ensure they do not have mites, scaly leg mites, water belly impacted crop, or other illnesses or diseases.
